Pop Pilates is a 50-minute, mat-based Pilates workout set to upbeat pop music, designed for all levels of experience. It focuses on strengthening your core, back, legs, and arms in a fun, high-energy way. Classes are held in English if there are English speakers present, otherwise they’re conducted in German.






If you‘re someone that prefers to workout with good music, then Pop Pilates is for you. I spent months trying to find the right Pilates mat class for me and my instructor training in South Africa showed me: Mat Pilates doesn‘t have to be quiet, slow, or boring. Rather, it can be dynamic, fun and loud! That‘s why I invented Pop Pilates: A 50 minute workout that will challenge you. We will follow the Pilates principles and engage in essential Pilates exercises, but we will always put a beat under it.
Every last week of the month is „Spotlight Week“, where we will focus on one artist or band.
