Pilates is a trend. It’s a movement. But it’s time we appreciate the essential beauty of this sport. In its most basic, but yet so diverse form: on the mat.

Whether it’s a strengthening session, a dynamic, fast-paced flow or an essentials class with equipment. All forms of mat Pilates should be celebrated as they all come with their unique benefits.

In this club, we want to cherish exactly that. We will start with Pop Pilates, a musically infused mat class, and add layers of mobility, strength and relaxation as we go.

Pop Pilates schedule 2026
Wednesdays: 5:20pm
Fridays: 8am

On the mat, you can fully be yourself. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional: there will always be modifications for your workout.

About the Instructor

Luisa

I am 29 years old, originally from Germany and when I am not teaching Pilates, I work in the social responsibility field here in Basel.

I did my STOTT Pilates instructor training in Capetown, South Africa.

Traveling is my biggest hobby and I am very grateful that I have been able to call countries such as the US, Canada, Sweden and Turkey my home.

Ich war schon in vielen Pilatesstunden, aber Pop Pilates ist einfach die Beste! Ein Workout zu catchy songs geht einfach viel schneller vorbei und macht doppelt Spass. Luisa ist mega lieb und die Übungen sind super, ach für verschiedene Niveaus. I’m hooked.
